  • Urn Will Call may experience heavy traffic during the Sate Fair. Please consider shipping as an alternate solution.
  • Shipping - Due to Heavy Traffic our shipping Couriers may pickup as early as 2pm central time.
  • Please ensure orders are placed by 10am to ship same day. Orders placed after 10am may still ship pending Courier pick up.

How long does it take to process an order?

Next Business Day orders received before 11 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after 11 AM Central Time ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on the weekend. Please call to request Saturday delivery (additional charges apply). Orders are not picked up and may not be delivered by our carriers on six U.S. national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

-Urns noted as Third Party require 5-7 business days (plus shipping days) after proof is signed and submitted. These specialty urns are made to order.


AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Standard Ground - usually via Fedex or Speedee (regional) is $12 to the lower 48 states. Standard Ground from our Minnesota facility to most of the continental U.S. takes 2-3 business days. Delivery to Minnesota, and Most of Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota typically takes 1 day. See Standard Ground Map below.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat fee of $45 per order. This is not an express shipping method, but the packages usually arrive within one week.


Express Shipping

  • Second Business Day service is available to anywhere in the U.S including Hawaii and Alaska. This rate covers your entire order, regardless of size. With Second Business Day service, if your order is submitted by 11 AM Central, Monday through Friday, the order ships that same day, and you receive it two business days later. For example, an order placed Monday before 11 AM would be received Wednesday. Any order placed after 11 AM on a Thursday would ship on Friday and arrive on Tuesday.

  • Next Business Day service (one business day) is to available anywhere in the continental U.S. This rate covers your entire order, regardless of size. With Next Day service, if your order is submitted by 11 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday, the order ships that same day and you receive your order the next business day. For example, an order placed Monday before 11 AM would be received Tuesday.

What If No One is at Home at the Time of Delivery? - Determined by security of delivery area. Note may be required.

Can I Place an Order and Have it Delivered Elsewhere? - Yes, you can. On checkout, you will have the option of having your order billed to one address and shipped to a different address.

ADDRESS CORRECTION

If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, the package will need to be re-routed to the correct address. This will cause a delay. Please be careful to put the correct and complete address in the shipping information section at checkout to avoid this situation. Extra Fee's may apply.

Brown-Wilbert cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather), a mistake by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.
